I am an existing residential HSE customer for the past 2 yrs( spuk164538) and am continually having battery issues. HSE tell me that the system they installed only 2 yrs ago is no longer supported in this country! Whilst being given advice over the phone and via emails no service engineer has ever visited my property to check things out. I should appreciate how or if Sentinel might help me in getting my system working and monitored properly.

Glad to hear the company is flourishing.
You installed 33 panels and 2 batteries for me two years ago (last week) under the Solar Together scheme. They have produced 3% more kWh so far than the original forecast, so what’s not to like, and they are set to return their purchase cost, at present rates, in less than 7 years.
