sustainable manner, in compliance with ISO 14001:2015. We recognise that our
activities, products and services have an impact on the environment, and we are
dedicated to reducing these impacts and contributing positively to environmental
preservation.
This policy outlines our commitments and objectives to reduce our environmental
footprint, preventing pollution, comply with all applicable legal and other requires, and
continuously improve our environmental performance. This commitment is designed
to work in partnership and to complement our existing ISO 9001:2015 standards.
1. Compliance with all applicable environmental legislation, regulations and other
requirements. We will regularly review these requirements to ensure they are fully
understood and met across all operations of the business.
2. We will establish clear, objectives on our environmental performance. Regular
monitoring will be conducted to assess progress and ensure objectives are being
met.
3. To continually improve the Environmental Management System (EMS) through
utilising our existing continuous improvement practices and processes adopted
within our ISO 9001:2015 framework.
4. Integrating ISO 14001 with our existing ISO 9001:2015 standards with a clear focus
on identifying and assessing environmental risks and opportunities.
5. The company will identify, assess and evaluate the environmental aspects
associated with our activities, products and services. We will determine their
potential impacts on the environment and prioritise actions based on their
significance and potential for environmental improvement.
6. Develop and maintain documented procedures to govern our environmental
practices.
7. We are committed to pollution prevention, reducing the use of natural resources
and minimising the environmental impact of our activities, products and services.
8. Reviewing and exploring measures for the reduction of volumes of all waste
materials generated by the organisation.
9. The organisation will explore opportunities for recycling all possible waste
materials. Our ultimate aim will be to recycle any waste material that can be
recycled.
10. The organisation will aim to reduce levels of energy consumption by introducing
working practices that require equipment such as computers, screens, lights,
phones, chargers, photocopiers and printers to be “switched off” when not in use,
including during breaks and at the end of the working day. The organisation will
also ensure that heating, lighting and ventilation are used efficiently and
effectively.
11. We will encourage our suppliers and subcontractors to adopt similar
environmental principles and sustainability as HSEnergy Group LTD and will
incorporate sustainability criteria in our supplier purchasing processes.
12. We are committed to educating our customers about the environmental benefits
of solar energy, proper system maintenance, and the importance of recycling and
disposing of panels responsibly at the end of their lifecycle.
13. We will ensure all employees receive training in environmentally sustainable
practices related to solar energy. We will actively promote a culture of
environmental awareness and responsibility, empowering our staff to actively
participate in initiatives for reducing our environmental footprint.
14. We are committed to engaging customers, communities and stakeholders in our
environmental efforts by promoting sustainable practices and seeking feedback
to improve our performance.

Copies of this policy statement will be made freely available to all interested parties
and its existence will be promoted to all stakeholders, employees, sub-contractors,
suppliers, customers and the public through websites, emails and meetings. We will
actively promote the policy and invited feedback to ensure continued engagement
and improvement.
Senior leadership is accountable for the continual improvement of our EMS. We will
conduct regular reviews and audits of this policy annually to ensure it remains
relevant and aligned with our environmental objectives, the evolving needs of our
business and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
